MacFarms macadamias enhance the flavor and texture of so many foods, while increasing their nutritional value.
Toss whole nuts into trail mix or stir-fry. Chop them for quick breads, dessert bars, cookies, holiday stuffing, risottos and couscous.
Grind in a food processor and use to crust chicken or shrimp before cooking or add to meatloaf or crumb pie crusts. (If you happen to over-process, you’ve simply got delicious macadamia butter, which can be smoothed with a touch of vegetable oil.) Add pureed nuts to basil pesto.
