Which foods are gluten free?
****Currently, all Royal Hawaiian foods are gluten free. Royal Hawaiian is the perfect, healthy fit for a gluten-free diet. Our 100% gluten-free products are a wholesome choice for individuals that are allergic to gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. We use 100% gluten-free ingredients and maintain a gluten-free production process to avoid contact with allergens.

What is the shelf life of your foods?
For best quality, our food should be consumed by the BEST BY date printed on each wrapper. To find where the BEST BY date is located on the back of the package.

What procedures do you have in place for food safety?
As a food company, food safety is a top priority for our company. We have food safety procedures which include extensive screening of all vendors and third party audits to ensure all vendors are complying with our stringent guidelines. We also are always looking for ways to improve and create a more sustainable food system. Offering nutritious food is what we do, and like you, we care about what we put in our bodies.

Do you sponsor events?
We are committed to supporting community-minded events and grassroots gatherings across the country. We love sharing and spreading Aloha. Please contact us and tell us about your event! As we get many requests, we are unable to fill all of them. Please note: we need at least 90 days advanced notice in order to consider your event.

Do you accept new product, flavor and/or promotional ideas?
In order to prevent misunderstandings about the origin of ideas, we do not accept suggestions for new products, flavors, or promotions from outside the company. Our foods begin in the Islands with our Chefs and Kama'aina. We hope you understand!

Buderim Statement on COVID-19
Buderim Group has so far seen no reduction in demand and minimal disruption to business operations due to the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition we are also working closely with our supply chain partners to ensure a continuous supply of our products to our customers.
We and our partners will continue to closely monitor our position and update stakeholders of any important developments.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, as a matter of priority, we have been working closely with employees to ensure that we have implemented World Health Organisation recommendations (https://www.who.int/healthtopics/coronavirus ) and a number of company-wide policies to manage an evolving situation.
