Q: How do I contact you?

    Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

    A: We use USPS and UPS. During the warmer months, we use the fastest shipping method available to ship our chocolate, which is USPS Priority.

    Q: Why won't my discount code work?

    A: We are sorry for the inconvenience. While we do regularly give out discount codes through our email and social channels they may not always apply to all products.

    There are a few things that could have caused this:
    • Your discount code may have expired.
    • Only one discount can be applied per order.
    • Some discounts require a minimum purchase amount.
    • Some discounts apply only to a specific product or exclude specific products.

      Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

      A: Orders ship Monday-Friday and typically take from 2-7 business days to arrive, depending upon what method of shipping you choose at checkout. In very rare cases, it could take up to 10 business days. Shipping times for chocolate products may vary depending on the season. Please see below for more details.

      Q: What are the processing times for chocolate products?

      A: During Cool Months: Orders containing chocolate products will be shipped Monday-Friday and can take 2-7 business days. During Warmer Months: We ship our chocolate products Monday-Wednesday and aim for arrival between 1-3 business days.


      Q: Why are there different processing times for warmer months?

      A: We do our very best to ensure that your chocolate will arrive to you without melting. During the summer months, orders will not ship on Thursdays or Fridays to avoid packages sitting in the heat over the weekend on their way to you. Chocolate starts to melt around 75 degrees F. In warmer months, shipping options are limited in order to expedite shipping and preserve the quality of our products.

      Please check the tracking on your package to avoid leaving your order out in the heat for an extended period of time. If you are shipping a gift to someone in the summer months, it may be best to alert them so their chocolate is not sitting on their porch in the heat.

      Q: What months are considered warmer months?

      A: Our warm weather schedule typically runs from May through October. During this time we only ship chocolate products Monday-Wednesday.


      Q: How will I know if my order shipped?

      A: When your order ships from our fulfillment center you will receive a shipping notification email that will include your tracking number inside. If you created an account then you can log in to your account and look at your recent orders for your tracking information.


      Q: How can I check my order status?

      A: If you created an account on our site you will be able to see your order history and order information. If you checked out as a guest then you can check your emails for an order confirmation email.


      Q: What if my product arrived damaged?

      A: We apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to packaging shipments in the best possible way to avoid damage during transit. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team at 


      Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
